At Red Torch Capital, we believe in maximizing client flexibility and safety. Unlike a traditional hedge fund, we neither hold custody of clients assets nor commingle those assets which we do manage. Red Torch Capital utilizes a separately managed account (SMA) structure in which each client transfers their assets to a qualified custodian and is serviced in an individual account. We generally direct clients to use Interactive Brokers as a qualified custodian.
